Cooking Method:

First Method (Recommended)

1. Thaw Shark's Fin Pot for 4-5 hours

2. Steam/Double-Boil over big fire for 15-20 minutes or till content is hot
3. The delicious Shark's Fin Pot is ready to be served

 

Second Method

1. Thaw Shark's Fin Pot for 4-5 hours

2. Boil over small fire for 15-20 minutes or till content is hot
3. The delicious Shark's Fin Pot is ready to be served

2. 大火蒸/炖15-20分钟至滚热
