Main Ingredients: Chinese Sausage, Liver Sausage, Preserved Meat,

Preserved Duck Leg, Cut Chicken, Rice

Recommended Serving Size: 5 pax

Storage: Keep Frozen (-18 degree)
 

Cooking Method:

1. Thaw Claypot Cured Meat Chicken Rice and sauce for 2-3 hours

2. Steam over big fire for 10-20 minutes or till content is hot

3. Add sauce and Garnish according to individual preference

4. The delicious Claypot Cured Meat Chicken Rice is ready to be served

 

烹饪方法:

1. 将腊味砂煲鸡饭解冻2-3小时

2. 大火蒸10-20分钟至热

3.根据个人喜好加入酱汁和其他配料

4. 美味腊味砂煲鸡饭即可食用
